We are thrilled to have you as a client at Luxe Skin Care.
We want to ensure all our guests enjoy their time and want to get the most out of treatments received with us. To help Luxe run smoothly and help our guests receive the luxe-quality service we are known for providing, we need your help observing the following policies.

We are by appointment only. Luxe Skin Care cannot accommodate walk-ins.
We require clients to schedule online via our online booking system. Booking an appointment online is the fastest and easiest way to get on the schedule, as the booking system is always current and up-to-date. If booked or unavailable booking system will be gray. If available dates will show white.
A valid credit card is required to schedule and hold your appointment(s).
Consent forms are required for all appointments for all clients and must be updated periodically as this helps guide us as to avoid any adverse reactions. Consent forms should also be completed no later than 48 hours before your appointment.
If you are needing to add/remove a service, please do so following cancellation policies as this disrupts the daily schedule.
Each service has a set time, so we are unable to squeeze additional services in as this causes time constraints and gaps that a client could utilize.
Due to popularity of our results, we cannot guarantee last minute appointments, so we recommend booking at least 3 appointments out for the time that works best for you. Yes, its true, we do have clients who schedule out the whole year.
Third party reservations, meaning anyone booking an appointment for another person, over the age of 18, is not allowed. The person making the reservation is fully financially responsible for the appointments booked. For our treatments, the best outcomes are seen when the person receiving the treatments is also responsible for maintaining his or her treatment schedule and home care.
By making appointments with us, you are acknowledging you understand and agree to our policies at Luxe Skin Care.

Appointment Reminders (email & text) are a courtesy and are automated. It is your responsibility to remember your appointments scheduled to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, and cancellation fees. Please always check your confirmations when they’re received to ensure the date/time are correct.
As sometimes we forget to plug our appointments in our calendar, the booking system is set up with automatic appointment reminders as a courtesy and received as follows:
Appointment Scheduled: You’ll receive an email and or text confirmation of appointment day created.
72 hours before your appointment: You’ll receive an email and or text for your confirmation.
48 hours before your appointment(Cancellation Policy Activates): You will receive an email and or text as a reminder which is also the last chance to cancel to avoid any fees.
2 hours before appointment: You will receive an arrival text with instructions on your next steps.
We do not make phone call confirmations. Please utilize the automated email and text confirmations.
Remember to put Luxe Skin Care on your safe list, so important emails don’t end up in spam.

The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, we’re often unable to fill the vacancy, causing a substantial financial impact to the business.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services.
If you’re unable to commit to appointments in advance, we recommend joining our wait list. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you will receive an automated text notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself.

Your reservation represents your therapist’s commitment of time and care just for you, therefore when you don’t show up, change or cancel your appointment within the cancellation window, we cannot make the time available to someone else and our therapists’ sit and wait, while all the specialized treatment prep of products, must be thrown away.
No-show (failure to show to appointment) will be charged in full for service(s) scheduled.

Failure to arrive on time for your services will result in its alteration and will lessen its effectiveness. Please ensure to arrive promptly as we do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals.
If an alteration has been made, you are still charged for original services scheduled.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and the application of a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price.

Intake & Consent forms are required for all appointments for all clients and must be updated periodically as this helps guide us as to avoid any adverse reactions.
Consent forms are also required be completed no later than 48 hours advance. They are emailed & or text to you or can be found on our site. They must also be updated annually. Failing to submit, will result in a cancelled appointment.

Successful service execution requires your full disclosure on our client intake and consent forms and during all pre-service consultations. Luxe Skin Care will not assume responsibility for any adverse reactions to services rendered when a guest has failed to inform us of any contraindicating conditions.
Once you are in agreement to treatments, you agree to use the recommended skin care products in your regimen at home and to your scheduled treatment plan. If you chose to not use our recommended home care that we carry, we will not be able to perform any advanced skin care treatments.
All client must complete annual health information and consent to treatment form to keep us aware of any contraindications that may arise. All clients must inform your service provider at the start of every visit if they are under any newly prescribed medication or OTC(over the counter) oral or topical treatments, or have been diagnosed with any new illnesses, allergies or injuries.
Clients should agree to follow Esthetician’s advice for post-session care. Your compliance with treatments and home care is required to achieve the best-desired results.
We require all clients purchase our recommended home care products at Luxe. While adverse reactions can occur at any time for any reason, this helps to reduce as we have researched and chosen quality specific products to help aid in the results you’re wanting.

As we work in a small space & in close proximity to your face, any cough or sneeze is easiest transferred. Not to mention, we subconsciously touch our face and nose many times a day. Please be kind to our skin professionals and clients health. If you or anyone you have been around anyone who has any symptoms or has recently been sick, stay home and reschedule. When we get sick, EVERYONE gets rescheduled and that ruins way more plans than your own, not to mention disruption in business and losss of income. Appointment cancellation policy still applies.
If you arrive to your appointment with any symptoms, you will be refused service and will be charged for appointment.
No service will be performed if there are any contagious illnesses of the following but not limited to:
COVID-19, Vomiting, Fever, Strep, Chicken Pox, Active Cold/Flu Symptoms, Norovirus (stomach flu), head lice, impetigo, scabies, active cold sores, conjunctivitis.

We like to keep the vibe cheerful, peaceful and focused during your treatment session and ask that you leave any negativity, bad vibes and distractions at the door.
Please respect the peaceful environment and be mindful to others by keeping conversations at a low volume.
Cell phones should be placed on vibrate to allow for a focused session.
It is not advised to have additional persons in the treatment room as this distracts from the full attention of the service.
You may be asked to remove any jewelry while receiving treatments, so please keep any valuables are home. We are not responsible for your personal items.

Our insurance carrier requires that we inform the public of the numerous potential safety hazards to children in the spa environment from heated equipment, sharp tools, professional strength products, and devices carrying electrical current that we use in the course of providing services. They do not permit us or our staff to supervise guests’ children. So that you are able to enjoy your visit without the primary responsibility of providing supervision, we strongly discourage bringing children to your sessions with us. Additionally, any damage to facility property, including delicate equipment, is the full responsibility of the supervising adult.
Services scheduled for children under 18 must be accompanied by the child’s parent or guardian. Following the initial appointment, teens receiving treatments may attend their own appointments independently at the discretion of the Esthetician.

We love that you don’t want to run out of your favorite skincare, so we offer a few options to accommodate. Certain product lines we carry do not allow us to sell on our web store. You will have to email or text your order.
All pick up orders will be prepared and ready during business hours.
Online orders placed during business hours will be shipped within 24 hours.
Online orders placed outside of business hours will be shipping next business day.
No orders will be made available until payment is received.
If you placed an order via our web store for pick up – please send an email or text with a time that you will be by to pick up your order so we may have it ready for you.
If you placed an order via email or text – Let us know when you’ll be by to pick up your orders so we may have ready for you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash and Checks(with valid ID). All account must have a valid credit card on file.
Returned checks will be charged $35.
All services must be paid in full at time of services.
Postdating checks are not permitted.
As of January 1, 2018, we no longer an issue/sell gift certificates.

We have researched and curated effective professional topical skincare products and services to deliver results. The product lines we work with are made with results driven ingredients in small batches, unlike department or drug store brands, which most of the investment goes into packaging and marketing and not into the bottle. We use the products during your treatments which can also help screen for any adverse reactions. Due to the nature of our services we cannot refund or exchange for:

All items on sale are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
Products may be returned within 3 days if they are unopened for store credit. We do our best to provide you with the best customer service and will do our best to rectify any situation that may arise. In the event that a reaction occurs, stop use and take photos of the reaction and contact us right away to come in for an evaluation.
